We reserve the right to request proof of age before completing delivery. Orders placed by individuals under 21 will be canceled and refunded, minus any processing fees.

3. Products & Use

All products sold on this website are intended for personal consumption or gifting only. Products may not be resold without prior written permission. You agree to use all products responsibly and in accordance with any instructions provided. You agree not to resell, provide, or serve our products to individuals under the legal drinking age. We are not responsible for unlawful resale, redistribution, or misuse of our products after delivery.

4. Orders & Availability

By placing an order electronically, you agree that your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement equivalent to a handwritten signature. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified and refunded promptly.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be processed or verified.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be requested only for orders that have not yet been prepared, produced, or shipped. Once an order has entered production, preparation, or has been shipped, it is considered final and not eligible for a refund, due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the concern. We reserve the right to dispute and provide evidence for any chargebacks or payment disputes that we believe to be fraudulent or invalid.

7. Delivery & Shipping

We currently deliver to the Tri-State area (Bronx, Yonkers, Manhattan, Queens, White Plains, and select surrounding areas). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather events, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, labor shortages, or transportation interruptions. An adult 21 or older must be present to accept delivery and may be required to show valid identification. If no one is available to accept delivery, we reserve the right to return the product and may charge a restocking or redelivery fee.

8. Allergies & Ingredients Disclaimer

Our products may contain dairy, alcohol, nuts, or other allergens. It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions and ingredient information before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of the product.

9. Product Quality & Storage

Our products are handcrafted and perishable. For best quality, products should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed by the date indicated on the label. We are not responsible for product quality issues that result from improper storage or handling after delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or consumption of our products, except where required by law. Use of our products is at your own risk. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Except where prohibited by law, all products are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
